從提案確定到正式首秀，它的誕生，前后歷時僅兩個月。它是KK館為你們創(chuàng)造的新零售全新旗艦品牌，我們給它取名「KKv」。在確定名字時，我們后選擇了 variety 的首字母 "v"，于我們而言，它表征著「KKv」之于KK館所延展出的變化及可能：超 1000㎡ 的更大門店空間、20000+ 更豐富的 SKU、復合混搭的集裝箱元素等種種，這都是一直以來我們圍繞模糊邊界的探索。

而KK館的選品邏輯則更偏重高頻、低客單價的個人護理、食品等，每周上新，同時在裝修風格上強調(diào)簡約，追求低成本和高人效。“新零售的本質(zhì)是傳統(tǒng)零售的效率提升。”吳悅寧覺得，線下零售要想戰(zhàn)勝諸如洋碼頭等跨境電商，不能僅僅依靠線下的實物體驗，如何降低成本、提高坪效才是關鍵。
